Welcome to the Home Page of Street Realty MA.  This is a Full Service and Independent Real Estate Agency.  We belong to the Multiple Listing Service of Massachusetts.  We have been in business since 2004 and have grown over the years.  My name is Pam West and I am the Broker.  I started this Business with Attorney David Street in 2004 when he became our Broker.   I obtained my RE License in 2002 working for such companies as Landmark Realtors of Monson and also Carlson GMAC Realtors of Wilbraham.  I became the Broker in 2014 for Street Realty.  Being a small and independent Real Estate Company gives me the advantage of competitive commissions and flexibility of  working with both my Buyers and Sellers.  There’s no waiting for an answer from a higher up at the company. I am on top of everything from Comparative Market Analysis for sales or purchases to Listing, Staging, Marketing, Advertising, Showings, Inspections, Appraisals, Smoke Certificates, Title V,  Lenders, Attorneys and most of all “CLOSING THE DEAL!!!!”  

I have worked with both Buyers and Sellers over the years.  I enjoy helping Buyers to find the home of their dreams and fight diligently for their best interests.  I have talked Buyers into a home that they didn't think would work for them and they are still there loving their home! I have talked Buyers out of a certain home that I didn't think would work for them and they bought something else and are very happy to this day.  I enjoy helping Sellers to figure out several things in advance of listing their homes.  Some people don't sell their homes because they want to, but because they have no choice.  I am very sensitive to these situations and try to help make the best choices for the Sellers interest.  If there is a need to do a quick and or short sale I try to make it as painless as possible dealing with both the Lenders and the Attorneys for the Sellers. And in the case where you need to Sell and Buy, I'm there for you on both sides!!!

         In Massachusetts there are different kinds of Agency.  There is Buyer Agency where you work for only the Buyer. There is Sellers Agency where you work for only the Seller.  There is a Facilitator where all you do is provide a service of finding a Buyer.  There is also Dual Disclosed Agency which I typically do not practice this. In this situation you represent both parties in the transaction and couldn’t possibly advise to the best of your ability and create a potential legal conflict with your obligations of Fiduciary Responsibilities. 

         As a Broker,  I have a Fiduciary Responsability  to both of my Sellers and Buyers.  They are as follows: Obedience, Loyalty, Disclosure, Confidentiality, Accountability and Reasonable Care.   I look forward to working with you and helping to fulfill all of your Real Estate Needs.
